I. Internal staff conventions

II. External Partners Convention
1、respect for law and order.We hope that during the cooperation with your company, we will jointly safeguard the relevant national and local laws and regulations, and become a model of law-abiding in the industry. In order to obtain undue benefits, shall not take fraud, forgery and other illegal means, infringement of our company's relevant rights and interests.
2、Equality and Mutual Benefit.Relying on the global market position of pearlescent pigment and the world's first process of titanium white, Kuncai has entered the stage of high-speed development, and we hope to promote the development of the whole industry with your party, hand in hand, and share the fruits of development together. We shall not adopt the attitude of discrimination, oppression and exclusion, and shall not satisfy our own requirements by harming each other's interests.
3、Integrity and honesty.We hope that during the cooperation with your company, we can uphold the principle of integrity and honesty, with high quality products, reasonable prices and sincere service as the basis for win-win cooperation, and shall not take any form of improper means to obtain the opportunity to cooperate, to bribe the relevant personnel of the Division I or to carry out other "dishonest, incorruptible" behavior.

III. Description
Behavior that violates this convention will be regarded as violation of Kuncai's values, and we have the right to punish internal employees and hold external partners responsible according to the relevant system.
